Yes, KG Home Health provides home care services with non-traditional housing. Our Care Managers will meet with the family to conduct a thorough assessment and develop a care plan that best meets the needs of the client and the environment in which they reside.

All of our caregivers are employees of KG Home Health. KG Home Health manage, supervise, handles all the administrative, billing, payroll, and tax concerns involved in the employee process.

No. Medicare covers skilled care services provided by licensed home health agencies, not assistance with personal care, companionship, or homemaker services provided by KG Home Health and other home care agencies.
We aim to keep our services as flexible as possible. You are not obligated to use our services for a specified period of days; you may cancel services or a scheduled shift at any time.
KG Home Health understands your concern for safety and security. We never hire anyone we would not welcome into our own homes. All of our employees, including Caregivers and administrative staff members, undergo comprehensive pre-employment screening that goes beyond the standard interviews and references.
We conduct nationwide background, criminal, immigration, and identity checks, along with competency testing. Because we care about the level of care we provide, KG Home Health conducts client service and safety training for all employees.
KG Home Health office hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (except for major holidays). However, a staff member is available by phone 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to assist you with urgent care or staffing needs.
We do take credit & debit cards for our services. We typically accept this methods for clients that do not have insurance or when loved ones need a caregiver for a few hours. For an example, the daughter of a individual calls and informs us that they need a caregiver for 2 hours so that they can run errands. We call these clients “Cash Clients”. Cash clients are individuals we do not deal with on a daily basis we are only contacted when in need.
